      Your being unable to access to RS might be due a recent Java security issue that came to light called the "Zero Day Java 7 Exploit", and the error message is likely Jagex way to force players to update to the newest Java version that resolves the exploit issue.       place a Key logger on your computer. Just visit www.Java.com or www.Oracle.com and update to the most recent version of Java! The newest update fixs the security risk, and once you complete the update you should be able to access Runescape once again. As always be sure you uninstall any of the older versions of Java, and only keep the most recent version of Java on your computer! Hope this helps!
