hmm, i think that it is possible that they raise the lvl's because why else would they do this with dungeon, it must be a test for something they also adjusted the lp and prayer points so you can't be sure

i think edgeville is the place to be,you got the bank, you got a furnace, you got water, you can recharge your summon points, the ge is not that far and there's a general store! edge ftw
